21 апреля с.г. германские правозащитники посетили палатку, установленную арцахцами (карабахцами) на площади Свободы в столицу Армении. Они сказали членам Совета по защите прав арцахцев, что международное сообщество недостаточно информировано о проблеме народа Арцаха (Карабаха).

"Нам понятно, почему они настолько неинформированы. Это еще раз доказывает, что Армения не представляет проблемы арцахцев на международных платформах", — заявил журналистам после встречи член Совета по защите прав арцахцев Нжде Искандарян.

Он отметил, что они говорили с германские правозащитниками о проблемах арцахцев. "У них была определенная информация, мы предоставили сведения об инцидентах с пытками, которые произошли в Арцахе 19 сентября 2023 года. Они обещали поднять все вопросы, связанные с правами жителей Арцаха, на международных площадках", — сказал он.

По словам Нжде Искандаряна, они обсудили с немецкими правозащитниками и вопрос коллективного возвращения арцахцев на малую родину - Арцах. "Их интересовало, почему нынешний премьер-министр и правительство Армении не поднимают проблемы арцахцев на международных площадках. Нам было даже неловко, мы не знали, что ответить", — добавил Нжде Искандарян.

Ս․թ․ ապրիլի 21-ին Ազատության հրապարակում տեղադրված արցախցիների վրան են այցելել գերմանացի իրավապաշտպանները։ Նրանք Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի անդամներին ասել են, որ միջազգային հանրությունը լավ տեղեկացված չէ արցախցիների խնդիրների մասին։

«Մեզ համար հասկանալի է, թե ինչու նրանք այդքան ինֆորմացված չեն։ Սա եւս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական կուրսը չի ներկայացնում արցախցիների խնդիրները միջազգային հարթակներում», - հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողներին ասաց Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի անդամ Նժդեհ Իսկանդարյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ գերմանացի իրավապաշտպանների հետ խոսել են արցախցիների խնդիրների մասին։ «Նրանք որոշակի ինֆորմացիա ունեին, մենք եւս տրամադրեցինք տեղեկություն 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Արցախում տեղի ունեցած խոշտանգումների դեպքերի մասին։ Նրանք խոստացել են միջազգային հարթակներում բարձրացնել արցախցիների իրավունքներին առնչվող բոլոր խնդիրները», - ասաց նա։

Նժդեհ Իսկանդարյանի խոսքերով՝ գերմանացի իրավապաշտպանների հետ խոսել են նաեւ արցախցիների հավաքական վերադարձի հարցի մասին։ «Նրանք հետաքրքրվել են՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանի այսօրվա վարչապետը ու կառավարությունը միջազգային հարթակներում չեն բարձրացնում արցախցիների խնդիրները։ Նույնիսկ մեզ համար անհարմար էր, չգիտեինք՝ ինչ պատասխանել եվրոպացիներին», - հավելեց Նժդեհ Իսկանդարյանը։

On April 21, German human rights activists visited a tent erected by the Artsakh (Karabakh) people in Freedom Square in the Armenian capital. They told the members of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Artsakh People that the international community is not sufficiently informed about the problem of the people of Artsakh. "We understand why they are so uninformed. This proves once again that Armenia does not represent the problem of the Artsakh people on international platforms," member of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Artsakh People Nzhdeh Iskandaryan told reporters after the meeting. He noted that they had talked with German human rights activists about the problems of the Artsakh people. "They had certain information, we provided information about the torture incidents that occurred in Artsakh on September 19, 2023. They promised to raise all issues related to the rights of the residents of Artsakh on international platforms," he said. According to Nzhdeh Iskandaryan, they also discussed with German human rights activists the issue of the collective return of the Artsakh people to their small homeland of Artsakh. "They were interested in why the current Prime Minister and the Government of Armenia do not raise the problems of the people of Artsakh on international platforms. It was even awkward for us, we didn't know what to answer," Nzhdeh Iskandaryan added.
