Зарегистрированная в США компания “Dynamic Frontier Holdings” в сентябре завершила процесс приобретения 100% акций второго по величине в Армении Техутского медно-молибденового месторождения (ЗАО "Техут"). Об этом заявил глава компании, еврейский бизнесмен из США Константин Соколов.
По его словам, приобретение активов и официальное оформление сделки через американскую компанию открывают новый этап в планах по дальнейшей эксплуатации, инвестициям и развитию месторождения.
Добавим, что Техутское месторождение, расположенное в Лорийской области, является одним из крупнейших и стратегических активов горно-металлургического сектора Армении, уступая только Зангезурскому медно-молибденовому комбинату.

Arie Lightstone, Senior Adviser to US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, met with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Yerevan to discuss progress in the implementation of the Trump's Path to International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project. The meeting was also attended by Konstantin Sokolov, head of the U.S.-backed TRIPP investment fund, and David Allen, the U.S. Ambassador to Armenia. According to the Armenian government, discussions focused on the implementation of the U.S.-backed infrastructure initiative that will connect Azerbaijan with the Nakhichevan exclave through southern Armenia. The participants reviewed the remaining technical issues that need to be resolved before construction begins. The Prime Minister's office said in a brief statement that both sides agreed that once these outstanding issues are resolved, significant progress on the project should begin in the near future. No further details are provided. Aryeh Lightstone is currently a senior advisor to Steve Witkoff and the Office of Peacekeeping Missions, where he supported Witkoff during the negotiations that led to the signing of the Tripp Agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He also plays an important role in the implementation of Donald Trump's broader peace initiatives, including efforts related to the conflict in Gaza.
Aryeh Lightstone, a long-time American diplomat of Jewish descent, previously served as senior adviser to the U.S. Ambassador to Israel from 2017 to 2021. He received awards from the US Department of Defense, the US State Department and the Israeli authorities. Konstantin Sokolov, an American entrepreneur of Jewish origin, was recently appointed by the US State Department to head a $200 million investment fund created to support the development of the TRIPP corridor. He also has business interests in Armenia, including a large stake in one of the country's three mobile operators. The agreement also provides for the establishment of a joint venture, TRIPP Development Company, which will oversee the construction and operation of railways, highways, power lines and other infrastructure stretching along Armenia's border with Iran for at least 49 years. Under the agreement, the U.S. government will own 74% of the company's shares, which will receive exclusive land use and development rights necessary for the construction and management of the corridor. Armenia was left with only 26% of the shares! The project has drawn sharp criticism from Iran, which says it is concerned that the initiative could strengthen U.S. influence along the Armenian-Iranian border and ultimately weaken Armenia's control over the strategically important route.

PASHINYAN SOLD ARMENIA'S SECOND LARGEST COPPER AND MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT TO A JEWISH BUSINESSMAN FROM THE USA
Dynamic Frontier Holdings, a U.S.-registered company, completed the acquisition of 100% of shares in the Teghut Copper and Molybdenum deposit (Teghut CJSC), the second largest in Armenia, in September. This was stated by the head of the company, a Jewish businessman from the USA Konstantin Sokolov.
According to him, the acquisition of assets and the formalization of the transaction through an American company open a new stage in plans for further operation, investment and development of the field.
It should be added that the Teghutskoye field, located in the Lori region, is one of the largest and strategic assets of the Armenian mining and metallurgical sector, second only to the Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine.
