Зять третьего президента Армении Сержа Саркисяна - Микаэл Минасян утверждает, что он годами финансировал нынешнего премьер-министра Армении Никола Пашиняна и возглавляемую им газету "Айкакан жаманак" ("Армянское время", "АВ"). "Моей дочери - Мариам было 2-3 года, мы отмечали день ее рождения в кафе. В "АВ" была опубликована статья о том, что моя дочь якобы носила на руке бриллиантовую цепочку и, самое главное, её соска была из золота и украшена бриллиантами, - рассказывает Микаэл Минасян. - На следующий день в моей жизни появился близкий коллега Никола Пашиняна, член "АВ", а сегодня депутат парламента Армении Гайк Геворкян. Он с очень воспитанной улыбкой сказал, что если Вы не хотите, чтобы о ребенке писали такие вещи, не лезли в личную жизнь, ну, Вы знаете, Никол немного странный, давайте что-нибудь сделаем...".

Гайк Геворкян, по словам зятя Саркисяна, предложил заключить с принадлежащим ему агентством "Прессстенд" "договор без возврата", в случае которого агентство оплачивает не только проданную, но и непроданную часть тиража газеты Пашиняна.

Зять Сержа Саргсяна извинился, заявив следующее: "Из-за меня Армения сейчас в руках сумасшедшего"․․․

“ИМЕННО ЧЕРЕЗ МАКУНЦ БЫЛ ЗАВЕРБОВАН ПАШИНЯН”

И именно Лилит Макунц была посредницей между USAID и администрацией президента Армении Сержа Саркисяна

Никол Пашинян понимает, что послом в США Лилит Макунц будет недолго, поскольку сам Пашинян скоро уйдёт. Во-вторых, наверняка у неё появится возможность найти в США работу и уже не возвращаться.

Лилит Макунц из простого преподавателя английского языка выросла сначала до министра культуры Армении, затем до руководителя фракции правящей силы, а теперь — посол Армении в США.

С февраля 2016 года (до апрельской войны) г-жа Макунц перешла на работу в Корпус мира, действующий под эгидой посольства США. Эта часть биографии Макунц не удостоилась бы нашего внимания, если бы не её поездка в США в июне 2015 года в рамках «программы переподготовки».

В биографии г-жи Макунц мы читаем: «В 2015 году прошла дипломный курс в летней школе Флетчера при Университете Тафтса».

Лилит Макунц прошла пяти-шестидневный курс по организации движений и ненасильственному сопротивлению, проводившийся ежегодно в 2006–2016 годах.

Напомнти, что именно через Лилит Макунц был завербован Пашинян. Именно Макунц была посредницей между USAID и администрацией Сержа Саркисяна. Макунц также преподавала Пашиняну английский язык и методы организации движений и ненасильственного сопротивления.

Также напомним, что в период работы в должности министра культуры Армении Макунц организовала замену большинства картин Мартироса Сарьяна подделками, а оригиналы были вывезены в Великобританию, где через подставное лицо, Микаэла Минасяна, выставлены на торги в аукционном доме MacDougall.

А после инициировала экспертизу ГНКО Министерства культуры Армении, которая заключила, что картины Сарьяна — подлинники, и стояла подпись Рузанны Сарьян. Наряду с этим документом был ещё один документ, где Рузанна Сарьян сообщала, что картины не являются оригиналами, а её подпись подделана.

В августе 2021 года брат Лилит Макунц, Ваге Макунц, был назначен помощником вице-премьера Сурена Папикяна. В 2023 году Ваге Макунц, брат чрезвычайного и полномочного посла Армении в США Лилит Макунц, вошёл в состав четырёх компаний, занимающихся добычей и продажей песка в Армавирской области.

Одна из этих компаний — ООО “Икс Майнинг” — получила разрешение на добычу песка. Бизнес-партнёры Макунца тоже не случайные люди: один из них — кум бывшего военного прокурора Гагика Джангиряна, другой — бывший заместитель министра торговли и экономического развития.

"В задачи Лилит Макунц входит обеспечение побега Никола Пашиняна в США"

Армянская община США обеспокоена намерением властей назначить Лилит Макунц послом Армении в Соединенных Штатах. В беседе с “ФактИнфо” проживающий в США журналист Артур Саакян отметил, что армяне США предлагают организовать акции протеста с осуждением данного решения и не допустить назначения Лилит Макунц на этот пост. По мнению Артура Саркисяна, властям нужны не профессиональные кадры, а лишь приспешники.

“Общество здесь восприняло эту новость в штыки. Что за вопросы Лилит Макунц будет решать здесь?! Даже дипломаты-профессионалы за последние четыре года не смогли наладить отношения, к примеру, с администрацией Трампа. Видимо, они и не пытались. На мой взгляд, Лилит Макунц отправляют сюда для решения другого вопроса, в частности, для перевода бизнеса олигархов от “Моего шага” сюда. В ее задачи будет входить – обеспечение побега. Поскольку они однажды пустятся в бега, то надо обеспечить их переезд в США, перечисление трансфертов и решить другие вопросы. В Лос-Анджелесе ходят слухи об еще одном высокопоставленном чиновнике от “Моего шага”, который, согласно муссируемым сведениям, приобрел здесь довольно дорогостоящий частный особняк, а также основал бизнес на привезенные из Армении деньги, в частности, инвестировал в бизнес марихуаны”, - сказал Артур Саакян.

Он считает, что в задачи Макунц будет входить обеспечение безопасности “предательской” группировки Никола и их бизнеса. “Им плевать на армяно-американские отношения. Они думают только о себе и своих бизнес-интересах”, - заявил Артур Саакян.

Гарник Исагулян: До революции команда Пашиняна получила 48 млн. долларов из Азербайджана и Турции

До революции я заявлял, что многие участники революции – Никол Пашинян, Анна Акопян, Лилит Макунц, Армен Григорян, Арсен Харатян и другие, часто ездили в Тбилиси, чтобы встретиться через посольство США с азербайджанцами и турками. Тогда я имел честь доложить об этом руководству страны и СНБ, заявил на пресс-конференции председатель партии «Национальная безопасность» Гарник Исагулян.

«Когда я заявил, что эти люди ездят в Тбилиси и ввозят в Армению миллионы, готовя революцию, все с недоумением относились к моим заявлениям. Я снова заявляю, что 48 миллионов долларов, которые революционная команда Пашиняна получила именно от Азербайджана и Турции – абсолютная правда. Вся революция финансировалась за счет турецко-азербайджанских денег», — сказал Гарник Исагулян.

Он отметил, что лично Лилит Макунц пыталась вовлечь в это дело студента Славянского университета, владеющего несколькими языками Андраника Ованнисяна, однако последний, поняв, во что его хотят вовлечь, отказался.
«Есть вещи, которые до сих пор я не могу раскрыть, о которых знал третий президент Армении и заместитель директора Службы национальной безопасности Степан Мелконян», — сказал Гарник Исагулян.

Позже, комментируя заявления Исагуляна, бывший студент Славянского университета, а ныне политолог Андраник Ованнисян в своем тг-канале написал: «На протяжении последних нескольких лет я постоянно говорю об этом. К моему большому сожалению, до начала войны в Арцахе (Карабахе) большая часть нашего общества с безразличием и даже насмешкой относилась к моим заявлениям и незаконному запрету въезда в родную Армению. Вместо того чтобы выслушать правду, как последние подонки распускали различные сплетни за моей спиной.

После войны насмешки пропали, но вот безразличие отчасти сохранилось, чем и пользуются предатели у власти во главе с Николом Пашиняном.

Повторяю вновь: государственный переворот в Армении в 2018 году был осуществлен на турецко-азербайджанские деньги, которые поступали в Армению в виде западных грантов или наличными из Грузии».

Nikol Pashinyan understands that Lilit Makunts will not be ambassador to the United States for long, since Pashinyan himself will leave soon. Secondly, she will certainly have the opportunity to find a job in the United States and never return. Lilit Makunts went from a simple English teacher to first become the Minister of Culture of Armenia, then the head of the ruling faction, and now the Armenian Ambassador to the United States. This part of Makunts' biography would not have been worthy of our attention if it hadn't been for her trip to the United States in June 2015 as part of a "retraining program." Lilit Makunts completed a five- to six-day course on organizing movements and nonviolent resistance, held annually in 2006-2016. Let me remind you that it was through Lilit Makunts that Pashinyan was recruited. It was Makunts who mediated between USAID and the administration of Serzh Sargsyan. Makunts also taught Pashinyan English and methods of organizing movements and nonviolent resistance. It should also be recalled that during his tenure as Minister of Culture of Armenia, Makunts organized the replacement of most of Martiros Saryan's paintings with fakes, and the originals were exported to the UK, where they were auctioned at the MacDougall auction house through a figurehead, Mikaela Minasyan. And after that, she initiated an examination by the National Research and Development Committee of the Ministry of Culture of Armenia, which concluded that Saryan's paintings were originals, and Ruzanna Saryan's signature was there. Along with this document, there was another document where Ruzanna Saryan reported that the paintings were not originals, and her signature was forged. In August 2021, Lilit Makunts' brother, Vahe Makunts, was appointed assistant to Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan. In 2023, Vahe Makunts, the brother of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to the United States Lilit Makunts, joined four companies engaged in the extraction and sale of sand in the Armavir region. One of these companies, X Mining LLC, has received a permit to extract sand. Makunts' business partners are also not random people: one of them is a friend of former military prosecutor Gagik Dzhangiryan, the other is a former deputy Minister of Trade and Economic Development.

Garnik Isagulyan: Before the revolution, Pashinyan's team received $48 million from Azerbaijan and Turkey

Before the revolution, I stated that many participants in the revolution – Nikol Pashinyan, Anna Hakobyan, Lilit Makunts, Armen Grigoryan, Arsen Kharatyan and others - often traveled to Tbilisi to meet with Azerbaijanis and Turks through the US Embassy. Then I had the honor to report this to the country's leadership and the National Security Council, Chairman of the National Security Party Garnik Isagulyan said at a press conference.

"When I said that these people were traveling to Tbilisi and importing millions into Armenia, preparing a revolution, everyone was perplexed by my statements. I repeat that the $48 million that Pashinyan's revolutionary team received from Azerbaijan and Turkey is absolutely true. The entire revolution was financed by Turkish-Azerbaijani money," Garnik Isagulyan said. He noted that Lilit Makunts personally tried to involve Andranik Hovhannisyan, a student of the Slavic University who speaks several languages, in this case, but the latter, realizing what they wanted to involve him in, refused. "There are things that I still cannot disclose that the third president of Armenia and deputy director of the National Security Service Stepan Melkonyan knew about," Garnik Isagulyan said.
