"В МИД РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ ДЕЙСТВУЕТ ПРОАЗЕРБАЙДЖАНСКОЕ ЛОББИ": ВЗГЛЯД ИЗ МОСКВЫ
Азербайджан обвинил Россию в несоблюдении Декларации о союзнических отношениях, которая была подписана в 2022 году. Об этом в беседе с корреспондентом Новости Армении – NEWS.am заявил российский политолог Михаил Александров.
Это, по его словам, показывает высокий непрофессионализм МИД России. На самом деле Баку первым нарушил положение трехстороннего заявления, когда ввел блокаду Лачинского коридора.
Он пояснил, что Россия должна была сразу обвинить Азербайджан в том, что тот нарушил трехстороннее заявление, а также нарушил Декларацию о союзнических отношениях.
Александров заметил, что блокада Лачинского коридора – это выпад не только против Нагорного Карабаха и Еревана, но и против России.
"Надо было сразу сказать, что Азербайджан не соблюдает союзническую декларацию, а МИД России все отмалчивался и до сих пор молчит. В итоге Баку обвиняет Россию в несоблюдении Декларации, хотя сам первый и нарушил. Это связано с тем, что в МИД России продолжает действовать проазербайджанское лобби, которое пытается всячески смягчить противоречия между Москвой и Баку, завуалировать конфронтационную политику Азербайджана, сбить с толку российскую общественность. Поэтому и принимаются довольно противоречивые и беззубые заявления, которые не соответствуют статусу России как великой державы!", – добавил политолог.
При этом эксперт напомнил, что Азербайджан оказался недоволен тем, что Россия призвала разблокировать Лачинский коридор.
Он призвал Россию предупредить о денонсации союзнической декларации в случае ее повторного нарушения, что стало бы политическим давлением на Баку.
"Кроме того, можно было бы обратиться в Совбез ООН с требованием созыва заседания, на котором Россия должна обязать Баку открыть Лачниский коридор под угрозой экономических санкций", – заключил Михаил Александров.
Ранее в ответ на заявление МИД России о том, что Армения признала Нагорный Карабах частью территории Азербайджана, что кардинально изменило основополагающие условия, при которых было подписано заявление от 9 ноября, внешнеполитическое ведомство Азербайджана сочло недопустимым, чтобы МИД РФ обусловливал территориальную целостность Азербайджана в контексте того факта, что премьер-министр Армении признает Карабах частью Азербайджана.
МИД Азербайджана обвинил российскую сторону в том, что та не обеспечила полное исполнение заявления от 9 ноября, а также в нарушении Декларации о взаимном сотрудничестве.

"THERE IS A PRO-AZERBAIJANI LOBBY IN THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION": A VIEW FROM MOSCOW
Azerbaijan accused Russia of non-compliance with the Declaration on Allied Relations, which was signed in 2022. About this in an interview with a correspondent of Armenian News – NEWS.am said Russian political scientist Mikhail Alexandrov.
This, according to him, shows the high unprofessionalism of the Russian Foreign Ministry. In fact, Baku was the first to violate the provisions of the trilateral statement when it imposed a blockade of the Lachin corridor.
He explained that Russia should have immediately accused Azerbaijan of violating the trilateral declaration, as well as violating the Declaration on Allied Relations.
Alexandrov noted that the blockade of the Lachin corridor is an attack not only against Nagorno–Karabakh and Yerevan, but also against Russia.
"It should have been said right away that Azerbaijan does not comply with the allied declaration, and the Russian Foreign Ministry kept silent and is still silent. As a result, Baku accuses Russia of non-compliance with the Declaration, although it was the first to violate it. This is due to the fact that the pro-Azerbaijani lobby continues to operate in the Russian Foreign Ministry, which is trying in every possible way to mitigate the contradictions between Moscow and Baku, to disguise Azerbaijan's confrontational policy, to confuse the Russian public. Therefore, quite contradictory and toothless statements are being made that do not correspond to Russia's status as a great power!", the political scientist added.
At the same time, the expert recalled that Azerbaijan was dissatisfied with the fact that Russia called for the unblocking of the Lachin corridor.
He called on Russia to warn about the denunciation of the Allied declaration in case of its repeated violation, which would become political pressure on Baku.
"In addition, it would be possible to appeal to the UN Security Council with a demand to convene a meeting at which Russia should oblige Baku to open the Lachni corridor under the threat of economic sanctions," Mikhail Alexandrov concluded.
Earlier, in response to the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry that Armenia recognized Nagorno-Karabakh as part of the territory of Azerbaijan, which radically changed the fundamental conditions under which the statement of November 9 was signed, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry considered it unacceptable for the Russian Foreign Ministry to condition the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the context of the fact that the Prime Minister of Armenia recognizes Karabakh as part of Azerbaijan.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry accused the Russian side of not ensuring the full implementation of the statement of November 9, as well as of violating the Declaration on Mutual Cooperation.
