ПРЕЗИДЕНТ РОССИИ ПРИКАЗАЛ ДИРЕКТОРУ ФСБ ПРЕСЛЕДОВАТЬ КАРАБАХСКИХ АРМЯН?

Уважаемый Александр Васильевич!
Как Вам хорошо известно, в июле 2011 года подполковник ФСБ Вадим Поздышев был уволен со службы в руководимой Вами организации за хищение финансовых средств русскоязычной армянской газеты «Третья Сила Плюс» («ТСП»), хранившихся в московском банке «Альфа банк» и честно заработанных интернациональным коллективом издания. Этот факт подтверждается не только источниками «ТСП» в РФ, но и свидетельскими показаниями родственников и сослуживцев Поздышева из ФСБ РФ (можем выслать Вам копии их письменных сообщений, если ФСБ интересуют преступления, совершенные собственными сотрудниками). Иначе говоря, ФСБ РФ сама убедилась в преступности действий Поздышева В.В., «наказала» его за воровство и грабеж журналистов, даже запретила ему выезд за рубежи РФ, но возвращать нам наши же средства, мягко говоря, не торопится. Более того: занимается трудоустройством правонарушителя, переведя его на работу в RBE GROUP на должность руководителя аналитического отдела.
В результате совершенного преступления газета вынуждена была приостановить свою деятельность. Прошли долгие годы, но никто из вашей организации, в нарушение действующего законодательства РФ, не удосужился хотя бы опросить свидетелей по данному делу, несмотря на наши многочисленные обращения и тот факт, что уголовное дело против Поздышева В.В. было возбуждено еще в 2010 г. Более того: экс-начальник ЦОС ФСБ Захаров, в своем безграмотном письме, в ответ на наши протесты, цинично написал нам, что ФСБ прекращает переписку по этому делу – ничего не объясняя и не сообщая, когда мы, наконец, получим украденные у нас средства.
Господин Директор ФСБ, сообщаем Вам еще раз: редакция нашей газеты располагает всеми вещественными, документальными, прочими доказательствами, равно как и свидетельскими показаниями, подтверждающими факт грабежа коллектива армянского издания, приостановившего свою деятельность в силу указанной причины. Смеем надеяться, что ФСБ Российской Федерации заинтересована в раскрытии этого вопиющего правонарушения и восстановления элементарной законности в отмеченном деле. Мы готовы предоставить Вам все факты и доказательства, свидетельствующие о справедливости наших утверждений. Параллельно с этим настоятельно рекомендуем Вам расспросить сотрудницу центрального аппарата ФСБ РФ Гусеву Елену Александровну, непосредственную начальницу вора - Поздышева В.В. (мы готовы даже предоставить Вам ее координаты, чтобы помочь ФСБ обнаружить ее в одном из своих секретных отделов – для дальнейшего прояснения сложившейся ситуации). Убеждены, что она расскажет Вам много увлекательного о криминальных действиях сотрудника ФСБ в Армении и РФ – вплоть до того, как он прятал дома украденные у журналистов денежные средства и боялся обыска правоохранителей. Отправляем Вам также фотографию преступника, чтобы ваше ведомство лучше вспомнило, о ком идет речь.
Господин Директор ФСБ!
Всё всем понятно в этом деле. Известен преступник – подполковник ФСБ Вадим Поздышев. Известно, сколько денег он украл у журналистов, вследствие чего газета закрылась. Известно, где он прятал украденную сумму. Известно, когда и почему его спешно «уволили» из ФСБ, быстро трудоустроив в другом ведомстве. Неизвестно другое: почему Вы, Директор ФСБ РФ, периодически выступающий с заявлениями о братских и союзнических отношениях с армянским народом, прикрываете преступника, ограбившего граждан братской страны? Только потому, что он – офицер ФСБ, а пострадавшие – армяне и журналисты?
Несмотря на справедливость и законность наших требований, руководимое Вами ведомство, грубо нарушая законодательство Российской Федерации и Республики Армения, отказывает нам в праве на элементарное правосудие и, откровенно взяв под защиту своего проворовавшегося сотрудника, укравшего газетные сбережения – подполковника ФСБ Поздышева В.В., делает все возможное, чтобы расследование по факту данного преступления не началось. ФСБ прекрасно сознает, что суд заставит вернуть журналистам украденные у нас финансовые средства, поэтому всячески торпедирует процесс расследования дела.
Господин Директор ФСБ!
Мы полны самых радужных надежд на то, что Вам знакомо такое понятие как «честь офицера», равно как и законодательство Российской Федерации, регламентирующее особую меру ответственности за укрывательство преступников. Нас не покидает и светлая вера в то, что интеграция Армении в Таможенный, Евразийский и прочие союзы, денно и нощно пропагандируемая посольством РФ в Ереване и начинающаяся с воровства и закрытия независимых армянских СМИ – не более чем досадное недоразумение, а не целенаправленная политика, направленная на ущемление прав и свобод граждан Армении. Сообщаем Вам также, что мириться с криминальным беспределом ваших сотрудников и с искусственным затягиванием решения вопроса, демонстрируемым ФСБ РФ долгие годы, коллектив «Третьей Силы Плюс» не будет – несмотря на все хамские намеки и угрозы посольства РФ в РА. Поэтому еще раз призываем Вас принять меры по восстановлению законности в этом позорном деле и вернуть нам наши финансовые сбережения.

"ОН СКАЗАЛ, ЧТО ЭТО ДЕНЬГИ АРМЯН И БОЯЛСЯ ОБЫСКА": СВИДЕТЕЛЬСТВО ОЧЕВИДЦА
Подполковник ФСБ Вадим Поздышев, укравший журналистские сбережения, явно взят под покровительство некоторыми структурами этого ведомства, хотя вина его в этом преступлении доказана многократно. Причем доказана до такой степени, что сама ФСБ вынуждена была спешно уволить его со службы и трудоустроить своего проворовавшегося офицера в московской компании RBE GROUP (начальником аналитического отдела). Об этом "ТСП" сообщили домочадцы Поздышева - граждане России, которые сами потрясены незаконными действиями своего родственника и полностью поддерживают справедливые требования коллектива армянской газеты.
Выясняются новые подробности гнусной расправы, устроенной властями России над армянскими журналистами. Вот что рассказывает живущая в Москве родственница подполковника ФСБ - Елена Затонская, тоже гражданка РФ: "Однажды он явился к нам домой с большой суммой денег - порядка 5 миллионов рублей. На мой вопрос "Что это?", он сказал, что "Это деньги армян" и очень боялся обыска. Я призвала его немедленно отправить эти суммы журналистам. Он что-то невнятно пробормотал и, как я поняла, так и не выслал их по адресу. Спустя некоторое время его уволили из ФСБ за присвоение журналистских средств. Непосредственная начальница Поздышева в ФСБ - Гусева Елена Александровна - направила ему уведомление с приказом не выезжать за пределы Российской Федерации - то ли до 2015-го, то ли до 2017-го года".
Госпожа Затонская в своем письме в редакцию "ТСП" призвала армянских журналистов обратиться к руководству ФСБ с призывом вернуть украденные газетные сбережения и выразила готовность оказать содействие в восстановлении справедливости и законности в этом позорном деле . Требования армянских журналистов настолько справедливы, а беззаконие по отношению к газете настолько беспрецедентно, что московские родственники вора - честные, порядочные граждане России - сами готовы отнести письма с протестом в ФСБ и другие госструктуры РФ.
Фактов по делу "ТСП" так много, что справиться с его раскрытием в силах любой провинциальный участковый. Сохранились даже письменные свидетельства самого преступника о воровстве (аж на 21-й странице). Есть и другие, более важные документы. Более того: число доказательств преступления продолжает расти. И поступают они порой... даже от сотрудников самой ФСБ. Выясняется, что о скандале вокруг закрытия "ТСП" проинформированы отделения ФСБ практически всех регионов России. Родственник одного из офицеров-армян, служивших в ФСБ, на условиях анонимности сообщил московским и тюменским источникам "ТСП", что "шум в Конторе очень большой" и "по армянским деньгам уже возникает много вопросов". Многие офицеры в недоумении: почему Бортников (Директор ФСБ - авт.) предпочитает "пачкать погоны из-за одного проколовшегося отщепенца" и "воевать из-за него с журналистами"? По некоторым сведениям, прикрывают вора не только в руководстве ФСБ, но и его родственники в правящей партии "Единая Россия".
Вниманию читателей представляем фрагмент его письма, адресованного главному редактору "ТСП" и сотрудникам издания: "Уважаемый Ваграм! Я искренне надеюсь, что Вам удастся добиться справедливости, хотя, как Вы понимаете, это довольно сложно. В любом случае, я желаю вам победы. По моим сведениям, В.П. (Вадим Поздышев - авт.) уволен (из ФСБ) летом 2011 года. Его коллеги вряд ли будут выносить "сор из избы". Единственное, что вы можете сделать, это представить документы непосредственно на имя Директора того ведомства, где служил В.П. Обратиться к Директору проще простого. Есть несколько путей: через электронную почту на сайт (там и адрес есть в Москве), заказным письмом из своей страны, можно лично приехать и через приемную Директора (она находится на улице Кузнецкий мост) ПОД РАСПИСКУ(!!!) вручить пакет, где указать кому, от кого и по какому вопросу. Срок рассмотрения - 30 суток. Справедливость должна восторжествовать, а Зло - обязательно наказано. Вы - люди чести и я желаю вам удачи, успехов и веры. С искренним уважением Николай Димлевич".
Редакция армянской газеты, закрытой усилиями властей России, последовала совету г-на Димлевича и отправила Директору ФСБ часть доказательств преступления, в том числе и письменные свидетельства самого вора о краже журналистских средств. В ответ поступило сообщение пресс-службы ФСБ о том, что "ФСБ прекращает переписку". Без всяких объяснений и реакции на факт преступления.
Видимо, армянин в России всегда виноват, даже если он трижды честен, трижды невиновен, а преступник из ФСБ...

DID THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT ORDER THE FSS DIRECTOR TO PERSECUTE KARABAKH ARMENIANS?
The Director of the Federal Security Service (FSS) of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bortnikov, has not yet returned to the Armenian journalists of the independent newspaper "Third Force Plus" ("TFP") their savings, which were withdrawn from the Moscow Alfa Bank without any explanation. FSS Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Pozdyshev, who stole the funds of an Armenian newspaper and was dismissed from the FSS for this crime, is clearly taken under the patronage of the FSS leadership and the Russian authorities in general. As a result of this crime, the Armenian newspaper, which promoted the ideas of friendship and cooperation between the peoples, including Armenia and Russia, was forced to suspend its activities. FSS Director Alexander Bortnikov responds to all calls of journalists to launch an honest, unbiased investigation, as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia, either with meaningless replies or with stony silence. Such, to put it mildly, strange behavior of the head of the law enforcement agency, which seems to be designed to fight crime, forces the newspaper to seek justice and restore elementary legality in the courts - the FSS Director simply left no other choice for journalists. It also remains to believe in the widespread rumors in Armenia, Karabakh and the Diaspora that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the persecution of Karabakh Armenians. It should be recalled that the newspaper "Third Force Plus" was opened on the joint initiative of the famous Armenian philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan (tortured in prison by the Russian authorities) and Karabakh journalist Vahram Aghajanyan. On December 1 of this year, the editor-in-chief of an illegally closed Armenian newspaper addressed the Director of the FSS with an open letter, which we present to your attention.

An open letter to the Director of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation A.V. Bortnikov.
Dear Alexander Vasilyevich!
As you well know, in July 2011, FSS Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Pozdyshev was dismissed from service in the organization you lead for embezzling funds of the Armenian newspaper "Third Force Plus" ("TFP"), stored in the Moscow bank "Alfa Bank" and honestly earned by the international staff of the publication. This fact is confirmed not only by "TFP" sources in the Russian Federation, but also by the testimony of Pozdyshev's relatives and colleagues from the FSS of the Russian Federation (we can send you copies of their written messages if the FSS is interested in crimes committed by its own employees). In other words, the FSS of the Russian Federation itself was convinced of the criminality of Pozdyshev's actions, "punished" him for stealing and robbing journalists, even forbade him to travel abroad of the Russian Federation, but to put it mildly, it is not in a hurry to return our funds to us. Moreover, he is engaged in the employment of the offender, transferring him to work at RBE GROUP as the head of the analytical department.
As a result of the crime committed, the newspaper was forced to suspend its activities. Many years have passed, but no one from your organization, in violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, has bothered to at least interview witnesses in this case, despite our numerous appeals and the fact that a criminal case against Pozdyshev V.V. was initiated back in 2010. Moreover, the ex-head of the FSS Central Control Center Zakharov, in his illiterate letter, in response to our protests, cynically wrote to us that the FSS was stopping correspondence on this case – without explaining anything and without informing us when we would finally receive the funds stolen from us.
Mr. Director of the FSS, we inform you once again: the editorial office of our newspaper has all the material, documentary, and other evidence, as well as witness statements confirming the fact of the robbery of the staff of the Armenian newspaper, which suspended its activities due to the specified reason. We dare to hope that the FSS of the Russian Federation is interested in uncovering this egregious offense and restoring elementary legality in the noted case. We are ready to provide you with all the facts and evidence proving the validity of our statements. At the same time, we strongly recommend that you ask Elena Alexandrovna Guseva, an employee of the central office of the FSS of the Russian Federation, the immediate superior of the thief, V.V. Pozdyshev (we are even ready to provide you with her coordinates to help the FSS find her in one of its secret departments - to further clarify the situation). We are convinced that she will tell you a lot of fascinating things about the criminal actions of an FSS officer in Armenia and the Russian Federation – up to how he hid money stolen from journalists at home and was afraid of being searched by law enforcement officers. We are also sending you a photo of the criminal, so that your department will better remember who we are talking about.

Everything is clear to everyone in this case. The criminal is known – FSS Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Pozdyshev. It is known how much money he stole from journalists, as a result of which the newspaper was closed. It is known where he hid the stolen amount. It is known when and why he was hastily "fired" from the FSS, quickly finding a job in another department. What is unknown is why you, the Director of the FSS of the Russian Federation, who periodically makes statements about fraternal and allied relations with the Armenian people, cover up a criminal who robbed citizens of a fraternal country? Just because he is an FSS officer and the victims are Armenians and journalists?
Despite the fairness and legality of our demands, the department you lead, grossly violating the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia, denies us the right to elementary justice and, frankly taking under the protection of its robbed employee who stole newspaper savings – FSS Lieutenant Colonel Pozdyshev V.V., does everything possible so that the investigation into this crime does not begin. The FSS is well aware that the court will force the journalists to return the funds stolen from us, so it torpedoes the investigation process in every possible way.

We are full of the brightest hopes that you are familiar with such a concept as "the honor of an officer", as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating a special measure of responsibility for harboring criminals. We also have a bright belief that Armenia's integration into the Customs, Eurasian and other unions, promoted day and night by the Russian Embassy in Yerevan and starting with the theft and closure of independent Armenian media, is nothing more than an annoying misunderstanding, and not a purposeful policy aimed at infringing on the rights and freedoms of Armenian citizens. We also inform you that the staff of the "Third Force Plus" will not put up with the criminal lawlessness of your employees and the artificial delay in resolving the issue demonstrated by the FSS of the Russian Federation for many years, despite all the boorish hints and threats of the Russian Embassy in Armenia. Therefore, we once again urge you to take measures to restore legality in this shameful case and return our financial savings to us.

"HE SAID THAT IT WAS ARMENIAN MONEY AND WAS AFRAID OF A SEARCH": DETAILS OF A LOUD SCANDAL IN THE FSS
Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSS) has clearly received orders from the Kremlin to pursue Armenians, especially Karabakh Armenians
The unprecedented situation that has developed around the independent Armenian newspaper "Third Force Plus" ("TFP"), which was illegally closed by the efforts of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and the Federal Security Service (FSS) of the Russian Federation, continues to escalate. The newspaper was opened on the joint initiative of the famous Moscow philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan, who tragically died recently in the Mordovian prison of the Russian Federation, and the Karabakh journalist Vahram Aghajanyan.
As you know, a significant part of the financial resources of the Armenian edition, stored in the Moscow "Alfa-Bank", without any official or unofficial explanation, was illegally appropriated by the FSS, as a result of which the newspaper was forced to suspend its activities. FSS Lieutenant Colonel Vadim Pozdyshev, who stole journalistic savings, is clearly taken under the protection of the leadership of this department, although his guilt in this crime has been proven many times. Moreover, it was proved to such an extent that the FSS itself was forced to hastily dismiss him from the service and, covering its tracks, employ its stolen officer in the Moscow company RBE GROUP (head of the analytical department). This was reported to "TFP" by Pozdyshev's household — citizens of Russia, who themselves are shocked by the illegal actions of their relative and fully support the fair demands of the staff of the Armenian newspaper.
New details of the heinous massacre of Armenian journalists by the authorities are being revealed. Here is what a relative of the FSS lieutenant colonel living in Moscow, Elena Zatonskaya, also a citizen of the Russian Federation, says: "One day he came to our house with a large sum of money. To my question "What is it?", he said that "It is Armenian money" and was very afraid of a search. I urged him to immediately send these amounts to journalists. He mumbled something unintelligible and, as I understood, never sent them to the address. Some time later, he was dismissed from the FSS for embezzling journalistic funds. Pozdyshev's immediate superior in the FSS, Elena Guseva, sent him a notification with an order not to leave the Russian Federation-either until 2015, or until 2017".
Ms. Zatonskaya, in her letter to the "TFP" editorial office, called on Armenian journalists to appeal to the FSS leadership to return the stolen newspaper savings and expressed her readiness to assist in restoring justice and legality in this shameful case. The demands of the Armenian journalists are so fair, and the lawlessness towards the newspaper is so unprecedented, that the Moscow relatives of the thief-honest, decent citizens of Russia - are themselves ready to take letters of protest to the FSS and other state structures of the Russian Federation.
There are so many facts in the case of "TFP" that any provincial district police officer can cope with its disclosure. Even the written evidence of the criminal himself about the theft has been preserved (already on page 21). There are other, more important documents. Moreover, the number of evidence of the crime continues to grow. And they sometimes come... even from employees of the FSS itself.
It turns out that the FSS offices of almost all regions of Russia have been informed about the scandal surrounding the closure of "TFP". A relative of one of the Armenian officers who served in the FSS, on condition of anonymity, told "TFP" Moscow and Tyumen sources that "the noise in the Office is very big" and "there are already many questions about Armenian money." Many officers are at a loss: why does Bortnikov (Director of the FSS — auth.) prefer to "dirty the shoulder straps because of one punctured renegade" and "fight with journalists because of him"? According to some reports, the thief is covered not only in the leadership of the FSS, but also by his relatives in the ruling United Russia party.
But that's not all. Recently, the editor-in-chief of "TFP" and the journalists of the publication received a letter from one of the high-ranking officials of the Russian Federation, who prepared analytical reports for the Russian Security Council and recently changed the profile of his activities. His name is Nikolai Romanovich Dimlevich. Later, he was included in the working group of the Committee on CIS Issues of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and sometimes spoke in the Russian Parliament on the topic, for example, "The relationship of the Russian Federation with the CIS countries in the context of "color revolutions", energy and other projects". Nikolai Dimlevich also receives calls from the Russian presidential administration about the same issues, since he is considered a professional in matters of geopolitics.
To the readers 'attention, we present a fragment of his letter addressed to the editor-in-chief of "TFP" and the staff of the publication: "Dear Vagram! I sincerely hope that you will be able to achieve justice, although, as you know, it is quite difficult. In any case, I wish you victory. According to my information, V. P. (Vadim Pozdyshev — auth.) was dismissed (from the FSS) in the summer of 2011. His colleagues are unlikely to take out "trash from the hut". The only thing you can do is to submit the documents directly to the Director of the department where V. P. served. It is easy to contact the Director. There are several ways: via e-mail to the site (there is also an address in Moscow), by registered mail from your country, you can personally come through the reception of the Director (it is located on Kuznetsky Most Street) UNDER THE RECEIPT(!!!) hand over the package, where to specify to whom, from whom and on what issue. The review period is 30 days. Justice must prevail, and Evil must be punished. You are people of honor and I wish you good luck, success and faith. With sincere respect, Nikolai Dimlevich".
The editorial office of the Armenian newspaper, which was closed by the efforts of the Russian authorities, followed the advice of Mr. Dimlevich and sent the FSS Director Mr. Bortnikov some of the evidence of the crime, including written evidence of the thief himself about the theft of journalistic funds. In response, the press service of the FSS reported that " the FSS stops correspondence." Without any explanation or reaction to the fact of the crime.
