ДУРАК ОПАСНЕЕ ВРАГА
Над криминально-безграмотным сбродом ФСБ и его ставленниками в Карабахе хохочет уже весь армянский народ...
Один из армянских экспертов как-то заметил: "Практически во всех странах Россия, как правило, делает ставку на безграмотный, криминальный сброд, а потом удивляется тому, почему везде у нее - провал и поражение".
Не беремся судить, насколько эта модель соответствует реалиям других стран, но в Нагорно-Карабахской Республике (НКР), где с недавней поры обосновались российские жиротвор..., простите, "миротворцы" и их ставленники в руководстве армянского края, сия модель, похоже, обретает просто классические свои черты.
Армянские источники уже не раз писали о том, что президент НКР Араик Арутюнян, явно обслуживающий интересы российских спецслужб (по слухам, ФСБ), прочно ассоциируется в общественном армянском сознании как изменник Родины, предавший армянский народ в ходе 44-дневной войны в Нагорном Карабахе и в благодарность за это получивший бизнес-квоты в России (по тем же слухам, в Барвихе, Ростове-на-Дону, Сочи, Краснодаре и тд).
Трудно сказать, насколько соответствуют действительности эти сведения, но в последние времена А. Арутюнян, как говорится, из кожи вон лезет, чтобы выслужиться перед своим московским начальством. Степанакертские остряки уже прозвали его "главной Наташкой карабахского правительства", нелепые решения которого вызывают недоумение и хохот уже всей армянской общественности.
В этом смысле карабахские власти особо отличились 9 мая. Вознамеревшись снова "прогнуться" перед начальством в Москве, они решили отметить не освобождение древнеармянского города Шуши, а только победу СССР над фашизмом. Но поскольку степень безнравственности этих людей прямо пропорциональна степени их умопомрачительной безграмотности, дело, как всегда, обернулось конфузом и громким скандалом. На главном транспаранте марша их "Бессмертного полка" в слове "бессмертный" пропало одно "с" (на снимке). И вот этот снимок власти НК во главе с Араиком Арутюняном широко растиражировали по всему свету, превратив упомянутое мероприятие в предмет нескончаемых шуток и насмешек (https://www.lragir.am/2022/05/09/716141/).
Это, однако, не мешает Араику Арутюняну открывать "Русские центры" по всему Арцаху, видимо, помогая своим таким же безграмотным московским начальникам "пилить" средства многострадальных бюджетов РФ и Карабаха (https://russia-armenia.info/node/83057).
Остается только обратиться с призывом к руководителям ФСБ России и их кремлевским хозяевам: господа, вашим криминальным деревенщинам в Карабахе срочно нужен хотя бы один корректор. Ну, чтоб грамотно связать пару слов хотя бы на транспарантах. А то неудобно все-таки: вы же, говорят, как-никак сверхдержава...

Новая провокация властей России против армянского народа
Армянская общественность, похоже, начинает привыкать к тому, что власти России, ведущие настоящую гибридную войну против Армении и особенно Арцаха (Карабаха), преподносят ей неприятные сюрпризы чуть ли не в еженедельном режиме. Очередная провокация российской стороны произошла недавно, когда руководитель Русской общины Арцаха Александр Бордов заявил (держитесь за стул, чтоб не упасть), что... Карабах - русская земля (!). Заявление это прозвучало в интервью российским СМИ. Приводим фрагменты этого интервью без изменений:
Интервью с главой «Русской общины Нагорного Карабаха»
Общественная организация «Русская община Нагорного Карабаха» была основана в 1999 году. Она объединяет русских, украинцев, белорусов, а также тех граждан Нагорного Карабаха, один из родителей которых является представителем славянского этноса. Основная цель организации – поддержка и укрепление русского языка и русской культуры в Нагорном Карабахе, а также сохранение этнокультурной идентичности и развитие творческого потенциала представителей общины. В июне 2021 года новым руководителем организации был избран житель Баку (!), основатель просветительского проекта «Русская книга» и ряда других культурно-просветительских и научных проектов Александр Сергеевич Бордов.
– Если Вам зададут вопрос: «Чей Карабах?» – что Вы ответите?
– Русский! Носители русского языка и культуры жили и живут здесь на протяжении веков. Речь, в частности, идет о потомках Мадатовых, Бебутовых, Баграмянов, Бабаджанянов, Худяковых, Флоренских и многих других. Почти все они – чистокровные армяне, но прежде всего они все – яркие представители русской культуры, русского воинства, русского исторического наследия Карабаха.
... Я бакинец, я русский и горжусь этим. Баку для меня – город моего детства, моя родина. И бакинцы, вне зависимости от религиозной и этнической принадлежности, мои земляки. Мой отец жил в бакинском дворе среди горских евреев. Друзья отца по сей день преданно хранят светлую память о нем.
... Мои предки по линии отца освобождали Карабах два века назад. Тогда и осели на карабахской земле.
... Русских в Карабахе всего чуть более 1,5 тысяч, но, как показывает перерегистрация членов общины, вместе с полукровками, обоснованно причисляющими себя к славянам, их число превышает 4 тысячи (это откровенная дезинформация - в Арцахе нет столько граждан русской национальности - ТСП). Разумеется, это небольшой процент от общего числа населения, но сей факт не дает никому права говорить об отсутствии русских в Нагорном Карабахе.

Нам могут возразить: почему, с какой стати мы называем это заявление Александра Бордова провокацией властей России? Ведь «Русская община Карабаха» - общественная организация, причем тут власти России?
Все просто. Обратите внимание: руководителем русской общины Карабаха назначен бакинец. Не местный русский, что было бы логичней, а именно русский из Баку - из столицы государства, вызывающего ненависть во всей Армении. особенно в Арцахе (Карабахе). Думаем, мало кто сомневается, что руководителей русских общин зарубежья назначают именно власти России, на наш взгляд. спецслужбы РФ, еще конкретней - ФСБ РФ. По-другому и быть не может в такой стране, как Россия, где, по сути, установлена монархическая власть и все подчинено воле одного человека.
И что делает этот русский из Баку? Во-первых, нагло заявляет, что древнеармянский Арцах (Карабах) - почему-то русская земля. Когда Арцах тысячелетиями был частью Армении, на карте мира не было государства под названием "Россия". Но это ничуть не смущает провокатора - он говорит, что "Карабах - русский". Почему? Да потому что какая-то часть его жителей, оказывается, почитала несколько русских книжек, послушала несколько русских песен и тд., и все, пипец, значит, Арцах - русская земля! Вот такая нехитрая "логика" засланца ФСБ из Баку, получившего задание вызвать рост антироссийских настроений в Армении и Арцахе. Что должен сделать в этой ситуации среднестатистический армянский мужчина, особенно из Арцаха? Да просто набить морду этой мрази, как сделал бы любой нормальный человек любой национальности, если кто-то посягает на его Родину. Но именно этого, видимо, и добиваются Бордов и его хозяева из Москвы, явно из ФСБ - пожалуй, самой антиармянской организации России. Поэтому мы особо призываем наших сограждан не реагировать на провокации руководителя русской общины НК: пусть говорит, что хочет. Просто предупредите друг друга и не обращайте внимание на его примитивные эскапады.
Во-вторых, (внимание!), бакинец Бордов особо подчеркивает, что его отец рос среди евреев. Всем известно, что Баку - многонациональный город, где живут не только евреи, но и лезгины, курды, украинцы, русские, таты и тд., жить там в какой-то особой среде просто невозможно - среда одинаковая везде. Но он умышленно подчеркивает, что они жили в еврейской среде. Почему? Нам кажется, что это вторая часть провокации. Всем известно, что Азербайджан больше всех вооружают власти России и Израиля. Даже Турция не передает так много оружия Азербайджану, как власти именно указанных двух государств (такое ощущение, что это власти одной страны). Все разрушения столицы НК Степанакерта и других городов и сел Карабаха совершены именно с помощью российского и израильского оружия. Основная часть армянских солдат и мирных жителей, погибших в в ходе террористической войны 2020 года, также убита из российского и израильского оружия. Какое может быть отношение армянского народа к властям Израиля в этой ситуации? Ответ, думается, очевиден.
В чем же тут дело? Почему руководитель русской общины Карабаха умышленно разжигает антироссийские и антиеврейские настроения в Армении и Арцахе, вместо того, чтобы способствовать межнациональному примирению и постконфликтному умиротворению страстей? Нам кажется, причина в следующем. Всем уже понятно, что власти России заняли предательскую позицию в отношении союзницы России - Армении. Причем об этом говорим не только и не столько мы, армяне, сколько сами граждане России. Тысячи экспертов, военных, журналистов, политиков, обычных граждан России, образно говоря, просто плюют в лицо руководителей своей страны, обвиняя их в предательстве и измене в отношении дружественного армянского народа. Один из них, профессор Сулакшин, даже публично обвинил президента Путина, цитируем, "в подлости в отношении Армении". А один из русских офицеров, Виктор Александров, также публично, спросил президента РФ: "Владимир Владимирович, Вы продали или предали наших союзников - армян?". И таких примеров - бесчисленное множество.
Рейтинг властей РФ и так уже приближается к критической отметке. Особая, патологическая ненависть руководства РФ к армянскому народу еще более снизила его рейтинг в собственной стране. И чтобы оправдать свою армянофобию и предательство по отношению к союзнице, власти России сначала придумали байку о "прозападном Пашиняне". Дескать, в Армении произошла "цветная революция", поэтому Путин и не помогает союзной Армении. Но после того, как Путин призвал всех руководителей стран СНГ поддержать "прозападного Пашиняна", а армян призвал не называть его "изменником Родины", всем стало окончательно ясно, что Пашинян - это, как говорится, от корки до корки проект Кремля (судя по топорной работе - проект ФСБ), согласованный с двумя западными центрами и призванный сдать армянские территории Арцаха Азербайджану (Сержик Саркисян как-то неубедительно сдавал эти территории, поэтому, видимо, понадобился Никол Пашинян).
Поскольку общественность России (да и не только России) поняла, что Пашинян - ставленник Кремля и сказки о "прозападном Пашиняне" больше никого не убеждают, теперь пошли по другому пути - решили разжечь антироссийские и антиеврейские настроения в Арцахе и Армении, чтобы граждане России сказали: да и Бог с ними, значит прав Путин, что предал союзника. Но и это начинание закончилось провалом: граждане Армении и Карабаха прекрасно относятся и к русскому, и к еврейскому народу, сознавая, что власти и народ в некоторых странах - далеко не одно и то же. Поэтому, господа армянофобы из Кремля и Лубянки, придумайте что-нибудь пооригинальнее - армянский народ смеется над вашими нелепыми потугами...

One of the Armenian experts once remarked: "In almost all countries, Russia, as a rule, relies on illiterate, criminal rabble, and then wonders why it has failure and defeat everywhere". We do not undertake to judge how much this model corresponds to the realities of other countries, but in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), where Russian "peacekeepers" and their henchmen in the leadership of the Armenian region have recently settled, this model seems to be acquiring its classic features.
Armenian sources have repeatedly written that NKR President Araik Harutyunyan, who clearly serves the interests of the Russian special services (according to rumors, the FSS of the Russian Federation), is firmly associated in the Armenian public consciousness as a traitor to the Motherland, who betrayed the Armenian people during the 44-day war in Nagorno-Karabakh and received business quotas in gratitude for this Russia (according to the same rumors, in Rostov-on-Don, Sochi, Krasnodar, etc.).
It is difficult to say how true this information is, but in recent times A. Harutyunyan, as they say, has been going out of his way to curry favor with his Moscow superiors. Stepanakert wits have already nicknamed him "the main Natasha of the Karabakh government", whose ridiculous decisions cause bewilderment and laughter of the entire Armenian public.
In this sense, the Karabakh authorities especially distinguished themselves on May 9. Having decided to "bend over" to the authorities in Moscow again, they decided not to celebrate the liberation of the ancient Armenian city of Shushi, but the victory of the USSR over fascism. But since the degree of immorality of these people is directly proportional to the degree of their mind-boggling illiteracy, the case, as always, turned into an embarrassment and a loud scandal. On the main banner of the march of their "Immortal Regiment", one "c" fell out of the word "immortal" - "бессмертный" (in the picture). And this picture of the NK authorities, headed by Araik Harutyunyan, was widely replicated around the world, turning the mentioned event into the subject of endless ridicule and jokes (https://www.lragir.am/2022/05/09/716141/).
However, this does not prevent Araik Harutyunyan from opening "Russian Centers" throughout Karabakh, apparently helping his equally illiterate Moscow bosses to "saw" the endless funds of the long-suffering budgets of Russia and Karabakh (https://russia-armenia.info/node/83057).
It remains only to appeal to the leaders of the FSS of Russia and their Kremlin masters: gentlemen, your criminal rednecks in Karabakh urgently need at least one proofreader. Well, in order to correctly link a couple of words at least on the banners. And it's inconvenient after all: they say you are, after all, a superpower and great super country...

A new provocation of the Russian authorities against the Armenian people
The Armenian public seems to be getting used to the fact that the Russian authorities, waging a real hybrid war against Armenia and especially Artsakh (Karabakh), present unpleasant surprises to it almost on a weekly basis. Another provocation by the Russian side occurred recently, when the head of the Russian community of Artsakh, Alexander Bordov, said (hold on to the chair so as not to fall) that... Karabakh is a Russian land (!). This statement was made in an interview with the Russian media. Here are the fragments of this interview without changes.

The public organization "Russian Community of Nagorno-Karabakh" was founded in 1999. Russian language and culture in Nagorno–Karabakh, as well as the preservation of ethno-cultural identity and the development of the creative potential of the representatives of the community are the main goals of the organization. In June 2021, Alexander Sergeyevich Bordov, resident of Baku (!), founder of the educational project "Russian Book" and a number of other cultural, educational and scientific projects, was elected the new head of the organization.

- Russian! Native speakers of the Russian language and culture have lived and are living here for centuries. ...Russians in Karabakh are just over 1.5 thousand, but, as the re-registration of community members shows, together with half-bloods who reasonably consider themselves to be Slavs, their number exceeds 4 thousand (this is outright misinformation - there are not so many citizens of Russian nationality in Artsakh - "TFP"). Of course, this is a small percentage of the total population, but this fact does not give anyone the right to talk about the absence of Russians in Nagorno-Karabakh.

They may object to us: why on earth do we call this statement by Alexander Bordov a provocation of the Russian authorities? After all, the "Russian Community of Karabakh" is a public organization, what does the Russian authorities have to do with it?
Everything is simple. Please note: a Baku resident has been appointed as the head of the Russian community of Karabakh. The head of the community was appointed not a local citizen of Russian nationality, which would be more logical, but a Russian from Baku - from the capital of a state that causes hatred throughout Armenia. especially in Artsakh (Karabakh). We think few people doubt that the leaders of Russian communities abroad are appointed by the Russian authorities, in our opinion. special services of the Russian Federation, even more specifically - the FSS of the Russian Federation. There can be no other way in a country like Russia, where, in fact, monarchical power is established and everything is subject to the will of one person.
And what does this Russian from Baku do? Firstly, he brazenly declares that the ancient Armenian Artsakh (Karabakh) is for some reason a Russian land! When Artsakh was part of Armenia for millennia, there was no state called "Russia" on the world map. But this does not bother the provocateur at all - he says that "Karabakh is Russian." Why? Because some of its inhabitants, it turns out, have read several Russian books, listened to several Russian songs, etc., and that's it, it means that Artsakh is a Russian land! Here is a simple "logic" of the FSS agent from Baku, who was given the task to cause an increase in anti-Russian sentiment in Armenia and Artsakh. What should an average Armenian man do, especially from Artsakh? Yes, just stuff the muzzle of this scum, as any normal person of any nationality would do if someone encroaches on his Homeland. But this, apparently, is what Bordov and his hosts from Moscow are trying to achieve, obviously from the FSS - perhaps the most anti-Armenian organization in Russia. Therefore, we urge our fellow citizens not to react to the provocations of the head of the NK Russian community: let him say what he wants. Just warn each other and don't pay attention to his primitive escapades.
Secondly, resident of Baku Bordov emphasizes that his father grew up (attention!) among Jews. Everyone knows that Baku is a multinational city where not only Jews live, but also Lezgins, Kurds, Ukrainians, Russians, Tatas, etc., it is simply impossible to live there in some special environment - the environment is the same everywhere. But he deliberately emphasizes that they lived in a Jewish environment. Why? It seems to us that this is the second part of the provocation. Everyone knows that the authorities of Russia and Israel arm Azerbaijan the most. Even Turkey does not transfer as many weapons to Azerbaijan as the authorities of these two countries (it feels like they are the authorities of one country). All the destruction of the capital of NK Stepanakert and other cities and villages of Karabakh was carried out with the help of Russian and Israeli weapons. Most of the Armenian soldiers and civilians killed in the terrorist war of 2020 were also killed by Russian and Israeli weapons. What can be the attitude of the Armenian people towards the Israeli authorities in this situation? The answer, I think, is obvious.
What is the point here? Why does the leader of the Russian community of Karabakh deliberately incite anti-Russian and anti-Jewish sentiments in Armenia and Artsakh, instead of promoting interethnic reconciliation and post-conflict appeasement of passions? It seems to us that the reason is as follows. It is already clear to everyone that the Russian authorities have taken a treacherous position against Russia's ally, Armenia. Moreover, it is not only and not so much we, the Armenians, who are talking about this, as the citizens of Russia themselves. Thousands of experts, military personnel, journalists, politicians, ordinary citizens of Russia, figuratively speaking, simply spit in the face of the leaders of their country, accusing them of betrayal and treason against the friendly Armenian people. One of them, Professor Sulakshin, even publicly accused President Putin, we quote, "of meanness towards Armenia". And one of the Russian officers, Viktor Alexandrov, also publicly asked the President of the Russian Federation: "Vladimir Vladimirovich, have you sold or betrayed our Armenian allies?". And there are countless such examples.
The rating of the Russian authorities is already approaching a critical mark. The special, pathological hatred of the Russian leadership towards the Armenian people has further lowered its rating in its own country. And in order to justify their Armenophobia and betrayal towards their ally, the Russian authorities first came up with a story about a "pro-Western Pashinyan". They say that a "color revolution" has taken place in Armenia, which is why Putin does not help allied Armenia. But after Putin called on all the leaders of the CIS countries to support the "pro-Western Pashinyan", and urged the Armenians not to call him a "traitor to the Motherland", it became finally clear to everyone that Pashinyan is, as they say, a Kremlin project from cover to cover (judging by the clumsy work, the FSS project), coordinated with two Western centers and designed to surrender the Armenian territories of Artsakh to Azerbaijan (Sergik Sargsyan somehow unconvincingly surrendered these territories, so Pashinyan was needed).
Since the Russian public (and not only Russia) realized that Pashinyan is a Kremlin protege and the fairy tale about the "pro-Western Pashinyan" no longer convinces anyone, now they have taken a different path - they decided to incite anti-Russian and anti-Jewish sentiments in Artsakh and Armenia so that Russian citizens would say: yes, and God be with them, it means Putin is right that he betrayed an ally. But this initiative ended in failure: the citizens of Armenia and Karabakh are perfectly well treated by both the Russian and the Jewish people, realizing that the authorities and the people in some countries are far from the same thing. Therefore, gentlemen of the Armenophobes from the Kremlin and Lubyanka, come up with something more original - the Armenian people laugh at your ridiculous attempts...
