ՓԱՇԻՆՅԱ՛Ն, ՓԱՍՏԱԹՈՒՂԹ ՄԻ ՍՏՈՐԱԳՐԻՐ, ԴՐԱՆԻՑ ՀԵՏՈ ՔԵԶ ՎԵՐԱՑՆԵԼՈՒ ԵՆ

Արդեն 25 տարի է իրար դեմ չպատերազմող Վրաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում համաձայնեցնել երկու երկրների միջև սահմանը։ Իսկ ահա միմյանց հետ պատերազմող Հայաստանից ու Ադրբեջանից "չգիտես ինչու" պահանջում են համաձայնեցնել սահմանը... մեկ տարվա (!) ընթացքում...

Պաշտոնական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Վրաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ պետական սահմանի սահմանազատման աշխատանքներն ընթանում են… 1996 թվականից (!): Վրաստանի հետ սահմանակից են Ադրբեջանի Ղազախի, Ակստաֆայի, Թոուզի, Սամուխսկի, Կախիի, Զաքաթալայի և Բելոկանի շրջանները։ 2011-ից համաձայնեցվել է սահմանի ընդամենը 300 կմ-ը։

Վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանի որոշ հատվածներ մինչ օրս մնում են վիճելի։ Այսպես, “Դավիթ Գարեջի” վանական համալիրի տեղամասով համաձայնություն չկա։ Վրացական կողմը պնդում է, որ պատմական հուշարձանը գտնվում է Վրաստանի տարածքում, իսկ Ադրբեջանը վիճարկում է այդ տարածքը։ Ադրբեջանի եւ Վրաստանի միջեւ սահմանը փաստացի բաժանում է վանքը երկու մասի։ Նաեւ սահմանի այն հատվածում խնդիր կա, որտեղ դեռեւս 70-ական թվականներին Ալազանի գետը փոխել է հունը։ Այսինքն՝ ընդամենը մեկ վանքի և սահմանի մի փոքր հատվածի պատճառով Վրաստանը հրաժարվում է որոշել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանը։ Իսկ Հայաստանից պահանջում են սահմանազատել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանը ՝ հրաժարվելով 7 հինավուրց շրջաններից ՝ գումարած Արցախը, այսինքն՝ հրաժարվելով այն տարածքներից, որոնք Հայաստանին են պատկանում երկար հազարամյակների ընթացքում, երբ Ադրբեջանն ընդհանրապես աշխարհի քարտեզի վրա չկար։

Մի խոսքով, արդեն 25 տարի է, ինչ վրաց-ադրբեջանական սահմանը որոշված չէ։ Իսկ չէ՞ որ Վրաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը միմյանց հետ չեն կռվում, ինչպես Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը։ Սակայն նրանց աշխարհում ոչ ոք չի շտապեցնում, ամենօրյա ռեժիմով գույներ չի խտացնում, ինչպես հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի շուրջ։ Տարօրինակ է, չէ՞: Թվում է, թե շատ ավելի հեշտ է հասնել սահմանի սահմանազատման միմյանց հետ չպայքարող երկու երկրների, քան Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, որոնք կռվում են միմյանց դեմ արդեն 33 տարի։ Ինչո՞ւ են աշխարհի «հայտնի ուժերը», մասնավորապես՝ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությունը, այսպես  շտապեցնում Փաշինյանին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման հարցով, ընդ որում՝ կիրառելով Հայաստանի դեմ ճնշման ամենակոպիտ, ամենաստոր մեթոդները։

Այս գաղտնիքը շատ հեշտ է բացվում։ Ավելի քան 100-ամյա ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության ընթացքում Ադրբեջանը չունի ոչ մի օրինական փաստաթուղթ, որը հաստատում է իր հակաօրինական նկրտումները հինավուրց Արցախի նկատմամբ։ Միակ «փաստաթուղթը» Ռուսաստանի կոմկուսի Կովկասյան բյուրոյի՝ կուսակցական մարմնի որոշումն է, մարմին, որն իրավունք չուներ լուծել տարածքային հարցերը նույնիսկ սեփական երկրում։ Այժմ, եթե Փաշինյանը հանկարծ ստորագրի հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման մասին փաստաթուղթը և դրանով իսկ փաստացի ճանաչի Արցախի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի իրավունքը, նման փաստաթուղթ  լույս աշխարհ կտեսնի, պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ (!)։ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն օրինականություն կհաղորդի Արցախի և հայ ժողովրդի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիային, այլև կզրկի հայերի ապագա սերունդներին մեր պատմական տարածքին վերատիրելու իրավունքից։ Դա կլինի Հայաստանի ազգային շահերի մեծագույն դավաճանությունը: Դավաճանություն, որը երբեք չի եղել հայ ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ։

Փաշինյա՛ն, իմ բարի խորհուրդը քեզ. մի՛ ստորագրիր նման փաստաթուղթ։ Ոչ միայն բարոյահոգեբանական ու հայրենասիրական նկատառումներից ելնելով։ Պարզապես հետո քեզ կվերացնեն նրանք, ովքեր հիմա ստիպում են ստորագրել այդ հակահայ փաստաթուղթը։ Գիտես ինչո՞ւ: Ամեն ինչ պարզ է. որպեսզի հետո հանկարծ չպատմես, թե ինչպես է դա տեղի ունեցել եւ ով է քեզ ստիպել դա անել: Կգտնեն նրանց հատուկ ծառայությունների ու ևս մեկ «շատ գաղտնի կազմակերպություն» ընդերքում հավաքագրված որևէ Թեհլերեան Սողոմոնյանին՝ «բոցաշունչ վրիժառուին», ով վրեժխնդիր կլինի Ղարաբաղում 5 հազար տղաների մահվան համար և կկրակի քեզ ու քո ընտանիքի վրա ինչ-որ անդրծովյան հանգստավայրի ափերին։ Ուստի, մեկ անգամ ևս, իմ բարի խորհուրդն է. խնայի՛ր ինքդ քեզ ու քո տնեցիներին, մեղք մի՛ գործիր ու ստորություն մի՛ արա քո ժողովրդի դեմ…

PASHINYAN, DON’T SIGN THE DOCUMENTS — LATER THEY WILL REMOVE YOU!

Georgia and Azerbaijan, which have not fought against each other for 25 years, cannot agree on the border between the two countries in any way. But Armenia and Azerbaijan, who are at war with each other, are "inexplicably" required to coordinate the border... one year (!) during...

According to official sources, work on the delimitation of the state border between Georgia and Azerbaijan is already underway… since 1996! The state border between the two countries is 480 km. The Kazakh, Akstafa, Tauz, Samukh, Kakh, Zakatala and Belokan regions of Azerbaijan border with Georgia. By 2011, only 300 km of the border had been agreed.

Some sections of the Georgian-Azerbaijani border remain disputed. So, there is no agreement on the site in the area of the monastery complex “David Gareji”. The Georgian side claims that the historical monument is located on the territory of Georgia, while Azerbaijan disputes this territory. The border between Azerbaijan and Georgia actually divides the monastery into two parts. There is also a problem on the border segment, where the Alazani River changed its course back in the 70s. One one monastery and one small section of the border means that Georgia refuses to define the borders with Azerbaijan! And Armenia is required to delimit the border with Azerbaijan, giving up 7 ancient Armenian regions plus Artsakh (Karabakh) — that is, giving up the territories that belong to Armenia for many millennia, when Azerbaijan was not on the world map at all!

In one word, the Georgian-Azerbaijani border has not been defined for 25 years. But Georgia and Azerbaijan are not at war with each other, like Armenia and Azerbaijan. However, no one hurries them, they do not thicken the colors with screams and shouts on a daily basis, as around the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. Strange, isn’t it? It seems to be much easier to achieve the delimitation of the border between two countries that are not at war with each other than between Armenia and Azerbaijan, who have been fighting against each other for 33 years! Why do well-known forces in the world, in particular, the Russian leadership, rush Pashinyan so much with the issue of the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and using the most brutal, most illegal means and methods of pressure on Armenia?

And the casket opens simply. During the more than 100-year-old Karabakh conflict, Azerbaijan has not had one legal document confirming its illegal claims to the ancient Armenian province of Artsakh (Karabakh). The only “document” is the decision of the Caucasian Bureau of the Communist Party of Russia, a party body that had no right to resolve territorial issues even in its own country! Now, if Pashinyan suddenly signs a document on the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and thereby actually recognizes Azerbaijan’s right to Artsakh( Karabakh), such a document will appear — for the first time in history! Pashinyan will not only give legitimacy to Azerbaijan’s aggression against Artsakh and the Armenian people, but will also deprive future generations of Armenians of the right to own their historical territory. This will be the greatest betrayal of the national interests of Armenia, which has never happened in the history of the Armenian people.

Pashinyan, my advice to you: do not sign such a document! Not only for moral and patriotic reasons. It’s just that those who are now forcing you to sign this anti-Armenian document will «remove» you later. Do you know why? It’s simple: so that you don’t suddenly tell how it happened and who forced you to do it — “he knew too much”. They will find some Teileran Soghomonyan-a fiery «avenger», cherished in the depths of their special services and one more «very secret organization», who will avenge the death of 5 thousand guys in Karabakh and shoot at you and your family on the azure shores of some overseas resort. Therefore, once again, my good advice to you: spare yourself and your household, do not commit sin and meanness against your people…
